Everyday is the same. We wake up, roam around the home, do our work, eat and sleep. No hangouts with friends or loved ones. People are exhausted and tired of this quarantine. While we are saving our body from the terror of COVID-19 by staying at home, we are also harming it by being indifferent to our mental health. During this home quarantine, mental health should be our first priority.

As we have a lot of time in our hands, we can focus on our goals now. If you already have a goal in your mind then it’s great! But you don’t have a goal yet there’s nothing to worry about. You can always find a goal. Think about what you like, what you enjoy doing, what thrills you, what makes you feel alive!

No, now don’t say entertainment stuff. But yeah, if you like the entertainment world and want to pursue a career there then it’s great! Go for it!

When you have a goal in your mind all you need to do is to remind your subconscious mind what you want in your future. You can write your own affirmations or you can use some sources too. But I always recommend writing your own affirmations when it comes to dreams and goals.

Affirmations work like a reprogramming of our subconscious mind. When your subconscious mind knows you want it, it will make you work hard for it! It also boosts your confidence level.

Here are some daily affirmation for home quarantine:

  • Today is a good day!
  • I am saving this world and my dear people by staying at home.
  • I am protecting thyself and my family by being cautious about the COVID-19.
  • I am productive!
  • I learn things quickly!
  • I have a strong immunity system!
  • I have a healthy body and mind!
  • My brain is sharp!
  • I learn things quickly!
  • I am good enough!
  • I use my time wisely!
  • I always eat healthily!
  • I always do my daily exercise!
  • I always do my morning meditation!
  • I always focus on my goals!
  • I always take care of my skin!
  • I drink enough water!
  • I focus on my well being!
  • I always sleep early and wake up early in the morning!

Try saying these affirmations every morning after waking up and every night before sleeping. This will help you to reprogram your subconscious mind to do the things you actually want to do and keep you calm during the quarantine. Take care and have a nice day!
